¶ Internal Access
You should now have access to the UKG site.
¶ Remote Access
If you aren't on the MGB network, there are a few ways of accessing UKG. You can connect to the VPN, log into Workspace from a browser, or use your mobile device.
Be sure to install the appropriate client before following the instructions below.
¶ VPN
You should now have access to the UKG site.
¶ Workspace
You should now see the Citrix website. Click on UKG Dimensions and then click Open.
Workspace should redirect you to the UKG site without needing a VPN.
¶ Mobile Device
You are going to need this QR Code during setup and the UKG app will need access to your camera. The QR Code configures UKG with MGB's workspace URL.
Open the iOS App Store, or Andriod equivalent, and download the UKG Pro app.
Launch the UKG Pro app and scan the QR code above.
Sign into Okta. Configure FaceID and notifications. The UKG app is ready to use.
